Instructions:
You will need:
A windows machine (this will fail using MAC OS)
A USB Keyboard
a 4GB or larger USB drive
Rufus software
1: Download your build from the following link:
1: If you are looking for the MOST CURRENT BUILD, download "kq.VersionNumber.nuc.iso" (As of 8/12/2021, must current filename is: "kq17.0.nuc.iso") If you are using an older machine with an IPAC board and no side panel art, you should download the ISO file WITHOUT "nuc" in the title instead.
2: Download rufus on Windows to make a bootable flash drive. The flash drive needs to be at least 4gb.
2b: Device dropdown = the usb you want to use
2c: Next to Iso Image is a disk drive icon, click on it and select the bumbleos.iso file
2d: Hit Start
3:Plug in a keyboard and usb drive to the cab PC
3a: Press F9 (or whatever key you have used in the past depending on your computer) during the boot sequence on the cabinet.
3b: You will see a boot order menu, UEFI must be in the option, choose the one closest to "USB PMAP".
3c: The boot usb has 2 options, Choose the first Install Killer Queen Option
4:Most likely the installer will say that cdrom not found. If that happens follow these 4 steps
4a: unplug usb
4b: hit enter on keyboard
4c: replug usb
4d: hit enter on keyboard
5: Everything is good if installation goes to the end
5a: The system will reboot and take about 40 minutes to install the required packages. Come back in 40 minutes.
5b: The system may turn off its display during this phase. The processes are still running in the background. Press any key to wake up the display if you want to check the progress.
5c: After everything is installed, the system will automatically reboot a second time.
