Update: If you are experiencing this issue, we highly recommend replacing your HDMI splitter with one that has EDID dip switches that can hard-set the display output to 1080p60hz. Customers have reported that they have used this splitter:

Please review any spec sheets on HDMI splitters to confirm that EDID switches will hard-set the output. Many HDMI splitters use EDID dip switches for other purposes.

It has been discovered that the Nuc PCs are outputting video at 1080p, 50hz. This is specific to Planar monitors that were used in a run of Killer Queen cabinets. While this is neither a problem nor an issue, per se, it has the potential to affect certain video setups and should be noted when troubleshooting.

We are currently investigating a long term solution for this issue. In the short term follow these steps to fix the screen resolution..

While this is neither a problem nor an issue, per se, it has the potential to affect certain video setups and should be noted when troubleshooting.

1. Plug in a keyboard to Killer Queen.
2. Restart the system.
3. Keep pressing F2 while the game restarts, you should be booted into the BIOS Screen.
4. Once BIOS screen is on, exit BIOS Screen and let the game start.

This workaround will fix the output resolution; however it is known that this issue may resurface later. If that happens run these steps again.
